Hello my sweets how are you 😘 💗 Welcome to my blog 🤗 Today we visited to Nadir Devonbegi madrasah. Now I will tell you some interesting informations about this place and show some photos 📸 📷 🖼 🤳.

Nadir Devonbegi madrasa, located in the eastern part of the Labi pool ensemble of Bukhara city, was built by Nadir Mirza sultan, the minister of Bukhara Khan Imam Qulikhan. He was one of the heads of the Yuz clan and lived and worked in the late 16th and early 17th centuries.

The madrasa was built between 1622-1623. It dates back to the late Middle Ages.
If we talk about the historical conditions of the period when the architectural monument was built, shortly before Imam Quli Khan ascended the throne, Baqi Muhammad (1601-1605) ruled on the throne. In 1602, he attacked the Safavids of Iran and subdued Balkh by force and appointed his brother Wali Muhammad as governor. After the death of Baqi Muhammad in 1605, his brother Wali Muhammad was placed on the throne. Internal struggles flared up again. The tribal chiefs did not obey the Khan's authority and strengthened the opposition. Vali Muhammad, who learned that the emirs of Bukhara had organized a rebellion against the khan, took his children and fled to Iran. The emirs put Imam Qulikhan (1611-1642), the son of Baqi Muhammad, on the throne. He defeated the Iranian troops led by Wali Mohammad and saved the country's independence. Wali Muhammad is captured and executed.
In 1613, he attacked the Kazakhs who occupied the lands of Tashkent and took Tashkent under his control. His son Iskandar appointed the Sultan as the governor of Tashkent. Sultan Iskandar severely oppressed the population by increasing duties, taxes and other taxes. Against this, an uprising broke out in Tashkent and Sultan Iskandar was killed. Knowing about this incident, Imam Quli Khan drew an army against Tashkent. The rebels were punished mercilessly. During the period of Imam Quli Khan, the central state power was relatively strengthened. After Imamkulikhan, during the reign of Nadir Muhammad (1642-1645), social and political disunity increased again.
At the time when the Nadir Devonbegi madrasa was built, the Ashtarkhanid dynasty ruled the Bukhara Khanate.

Raw and baked bricks of various sizes, clay, wood, special "qir" alloy, tin, marble, cement, stone, ganch and similar materials were widely used in the construction of the architectural monument.

As for the design of the architectural monument, the courtyard is surrounded by small 2-story rooms on 4 sides. The doors to the rooms are decorated in the style of a carver, bars are installed on the pediment above the doors. Bricks are laid in the yard. Head style facing the field. There is a pool in front. The roof is majestic and luxurious in its own way. Among the plant-like motifs in it, there is a mythical bird seeking the sun, and an image of a grazing deer, and the borders of the madrasa, whose borders are reflected in bright colors, are decorated with Arabic inscriptions. The corner of the column is curved. The 2-story, 3-deep arched peshayvan on the 2 side wings of the peshtoki is harmoniously combined with the patterns on the 2 flower arches in the corners, which are decorated separately. The size of the madrasah is 52x49 m, the yard is 34x30 m. is
